These are the terms of use of the website voltealte.com: what you may do with what is in it, and what the site is not. Updated 17 September 2026.
01Whose site it is
The website voltealte.com belongs to Ga.Vi Srl, with registered office at Via San Matteo 55, 53037 San Gimignano (SI), VAT number 06204730482, which runs Villa Volte Alte già Chigi Farnese, in Siena. To write to us: info@voltealte.com, or the telephone +39 0577 179 61 00.
02The texts and the photographs
The texts, the photographs, the videos and the drawings of the floor plans you see on the site are ours, or belong to those who made them for us, and are protected by copyright. You may look at them, save them for yourself and share the link; to reuse them — on another site, in a publication, in a presentation — please ask us first at info@voltealte.com.
03What the site is not
The information on the site describes the villa and how it is used, but it is not a contractual offer: the availability of a date, the capacities, what is included and the prices are confirmed in writing, case by case. An enquiry sent from the contact form is not a booking, and a reply from us binds no one until there is a signed agreement.
04Links to other sites
From the site you can go to Instagram, to Google Maps, to YouTube or Vimeo for the videos, and to the Toscana Film Commission catalogue. Those sites have their own rules and their own notices, and we are not responsible for what is in them.
05If something does not work
We do our best to keep the site reachable and what it says correct, but an interruption, an error or an out-of-date fact can happen: if you find one, write to us and we will correct it. We are not liable for damage arising from the use of the site or from its being unreachable for a while.
06Which law applies
Italian law applies to these terms. For disputes the competent court is that of Siena; if you are a consumer, the court of the place where you live applies.
07Updates
If we change these terms we update this page and the date at the top.
